The Commissionaires, in collaboration with Certified Tracking Solutions (C.T.S.), provide "third party" monitoring services for "C.T.S." clients whose employees are working alone and require a level of personal protection that includes the necessity for precise location through satellite positioning technology as well as the ability to ensure that the employee has not become unconscious.

"C.T.S." provides their client's employee(s) with a device that is worn on the belt and transmits to a nearby vehicle to report, via satellite, any change in status of the user.  Employees also have the option to initiate an "Alarm" status and, with the use of a cellular or satellite telphone, can communicate directly with the Commissionaires' Operations Centre.

In event the user is down and/or unconscious, the device senses the status of the user and causes the vehicle to transmit a signal via satellite to the Commissionaires' Operations Centre providing the precise location of the user.

Alarm response and subsequent event management by the Commissionaires' Operations Centre personnel is determined by procedures and protocols predetermined and agreed to by the client and the Commissionaires.

Monitoring services by the Commissionaires are provided on a 24/7 basis to ensure uninterrupted safety and security for employees working in dangerous or remote situations.
